2 years with Rei and Yoko

Today is the two year anniversary of when my second girl Rei and third girl Yoko came home to me after I purchased them in Japan and shipped them to myself. It was a crazy time for me as well as Manami because she got not one but TWO sisters for a present!

 

Last year we threw a party for them but this year I wanted to give them a few small things and then spend some quality time alone with just us three.

 

I go looking for the girls and find them in the guest bedroom, messing around with some shoes.

Thank you sir! They did seem to enjoy the clothing as well as the movietime. But until the girls decide to "move out" of my bedroom, they go to bed when *I* go to bed. If they want to stay up late, they have to go to the guest bedroom and do a sleepover type scenario. As long as they close the door, they can stay up as late as they like.

Thank you! There are plenty of series in there I'm sure you know, you just may not be able to see the disc names easily in these small pics. And I didn't get into DBZ until I was in my mid to late 20's when it was airing on Cartoon Network. But it's one of my favorite shows ever just because of the time I got into it and the characters.

Yennies are 1 yen coins, kinda like a penny, but currently more valuable. The phrase was meant to be the equivalent of "for 2 cents".

 

I'm in a similar boat with my anime DVD and figurine collections, they both stopped once I started with my DDs.

On those shelves, I have maybe 15 or so series that are still wrapped that I haven't watched yet. But there are also series on disc that I have watched on TV broadcasts that I have NOT watched on disc yet.

 

Normally when I made an order for anime thru Rightstuf, where I got most of these from, I would check them all to make sure nothing was missing and then I'd start watching them immediately. Since I had a LOT more freetime back then, it was easy to power thru series after series. But since I'm doing the DD stuff now, that takes up a serious chunk of my free time. But I still make time to watch anime on weekends. I can normally watch an entire 11-13 episode series in one day with no problem. I actually prefer to watch shows like that so everything is fresh and new in my head as I watch it.

 

I really should watch those last few series I haven't opened on the shelves before I keep going on my fansub stuff on the computer. A good friend of mine sends me hard drives full of fansubbed stuff.... so much so that I now have well over 2TB of anime on various external drives. Talk about a serious backlog! I literally have a hundred series on the computer I have yet to see with more on the way within a month.

 

I have a sickness and it is anime and DD's.
