Buying the tools to do a face-up

I don't know if this is on here already but if it is I'll find it later. Anyways, I just wanted to ask where do you get a kit/makeup/paint set to do face-ups on your dolls? I don't have any yet but its good to have an idea. Also if any of you got any of the tools for this in Japan,(because I've been planning a list about where to get doll related things in a couple months) can you tell me some stores/companies that I can get any of this from? Thank you very much for your info!

I actually have a starter kit that I no longer use if you are interested. It's a set of soft body liquidtex paint with thinner and brushes.
