Changing DDdy bust

Hi all,

 

Tried going through the threads and google but wasn't able to find it.

Would anyone be able to point me to a tutorial for modifying a DD L or M bust for a DDdy body?

If there hasn't been any tutorials made, perhaps some pointers or photos?
