DD sizes

Hello there ^^ I'm gonna receive my DDs all on Aug/Sep, and in this time I'd like to realize some dresses for them! I have few clothes I don't use more, and I can use their fabric (nice ones!) to realize a pair of jeans, a pair of shorts and something else!

So, knowing that my DDs will be Beato (she is a L bust) and Nellis (? bust), plus a custom (S bust) can you help me measuring (in cms, please >.<) your DDs?

I need every measurement you can imagine to create my clothes! ^^

What's the cirbleepference of the leg? And butt's?

* L Bust: 25cm (approx. 10 inches)

* Waist: 14.5cm (approx. 6 inches)

* Hips: 22.5cm (approx. 9 inches)

* Leg length: 31cm (approx. 12 inches)

 

DDdy Measurements:

 

* Normal Bust: 26.5cm (approx. 10 1/2 inches)

* Shapely Bust: 26.5cm (approx. 10 1/2 inches)

* Waist: 16cm (approx. 6 inches)

* Hips: 27.5cm (approx. 10 3/4 inches)

* Leg length: 30.5cm (approx. 12 inches)

 

The S busts was not mentioned, so I don't know its size.

I think these might be for DD I, and DD II is slightly different - slimmer waist, possibly?

I haven't got my girl yet, so I can't be sure which set of measurements I've found is correct. Here's what I found, same as the Volks blog post:

 

DDII

waist: 14.5cm

hips: 22.5cm

chest: M=24, L=25cm

leg length: 31cm

They could be for the DDI body. It is an old listing.

 

I can't sew, so I never thought about the details of measurements. The DDI body is shorter too. The first leg length is shorter (29 cm vs 31 cm) as well as the first chest length (24 cm vs 25 cm), so those measurements could be for the older DDI body instead.

It's good for sewing, but it's also nice to have measurements for buying any non-Volks clothes

That's true. If the sellers tell you the size of an outfit, you can predict if it will fit a DD.
