finnleo Posted June 13, 2013 Well, I said id finally get my butt into action and get some real outdoor shots done. Today was my second two-day work day off (I've been working mornings seven days a week for the past eleven months, sans summer and winter vacations). And decided it was now or never. Naturally the sunrise colors werent as spectacular as they could have, and no clouds to set off what little was available, but atleast managed to get a few shots I was happy with. For a lady to bring along I decided Shino was the obvious choise, although she did earn her trooper badge on this run, as at the trainstation platform she fell on the back of her head a few times, and on the second her eye fell out, but I managed to get a few shots after that too. Slightly uninspired posing this time, but for instance on the rocks at the lake it was a bit sketchy since they werent quite stable... Hope you like. But first, the omake up front: Shino: When we get home, Im going to watch three hours of Top gear, and Kick- Your- Ass... shino023 begin photoshoot: (slightly out of sequence as flickr borked my first upload) shino008 shino009 shino010 shino012 shino013 shino015 shino016 Trademark Soyogi eroge LS fist on chest shot: shino019 shino020 shino021 shino022 shino011 shino014 shino017 shino018 Camera: Nikon D3200 Lens: 35mm DX-g

finnleo Posted June 13, 2013 Love the shino014 pic the most. Its like she just stepped out her own house or something. Nice shot. Thank you, glad you like it. Especially since this was taken after the collateral damage - was so lucky her left eye dislodged so that I could hang it in the residual hot glue... heh. I was struggling a bit with the camera to keep the background details in with the 35mm, since in auto mode it wanted to open up the aperture fully, and I havent quite mastered manual settings for the camera, but getting there... The colours of the water shots are amazing~!! Nice job :3 mm, It turned out pretty nice, but I know it could have been better. This lake is more breathtaking when its mirror flat, which I was expecting since there shouldnt have been any wind, but there was. But the ripple effect is pretty nice too. Another is the occasional strong orange and red glow that really set things off, especially if there are torn clouds in the air. But I need to be happy it was this good by just showing up on a random day. Shino is beautiful, and your shots are, too! Thank you very many.
littlebearries Posted June 13, 2013 What a lovely twilight, and Shino got to visit some very pretty scenery! I hope she was careful on those tracks though!
baldylox Posted June 13, 2013 These are some excellent photos! She looks wonderful in that outfit, very nice indeed. And the backgrounds are so nice, I'm super jealous you have such pretty places to go and take pictures at! The colors and hues of the sky and lake are VERY impressive! Such warm and soft colors and textures in the sky, I loved those shots the most. But I also really enjoyed the train track shots, those are awesome. Great work on these, I'm jealous for sure! Billy I gave up counting the girls I own, they keep multiplying and won't stop.

finnleo Posted September 3, 2013 Lovely girl with white kimono! Thank you. Although I guess technically its still more of a yukata, than a kimono. Still need to fiddle more with my patterns for a full Kimono set, (and learn to make a scale barrel-obi). Wow, those are some great outdoor shots! Thank you, though I wished I could have done more outings during the summer, but this was more or less my only morning off work to be able to try and capture the sunrise light with a lady in tow. But there's always next year I guess. I agree! The colors are amazing! Shino's poses are great! Thank you. Although I still have slight mixed feelings even after two months, but for a first time outside my own yard it was a pretty good result after all. Maybe one day will catch the morning with a doll when the sky is like this: vanilla006
