AdeptZero Posted July 8, 2013 (edited) Dolpa Nagoya 5 is coming up soon on August 4th! I'm considering a trip to Japan and it'd be awesome to able to attend the dolpa while I'm there. Was wondering if anyone else here intends to going to the Dolpa Nagoya 5. AdeptZero Posted July 11, 2013 It's probably going to cost you around $1,500-$2,000. Tickets to japan is expensive at this time, high season right now. The ticket from Toronto to Japan alone is going for around $1,000. Lodging ain't that bad provided you find a Roukan/Hostel and not some fancy star rated hotel. Those vary around $30-50 a night which ain't bad. You'll have to get your hands on a Dolpa guidebook at one of the local stores too. Getting from Tokyo to Nagoya will cost you quite a bit (I'm estimating around $100-$200) along with a 2-3 hour train ride.
