Thanks! I ended up repainting Len next, he was on the waitlist for ages but I finally figured out what I wanted!

His faceup is gorgeous!!  I love that little pinkish hue around the lashes!  It really softens the whole look.
But I just have to ask: what eyes are these?! 😳

Thanks all! These are my handmade resin eyes, I call this style 'Pekoe'.

Aaah thank you!  I'll definitely have to keep a look out for if you toss a few of these up in your shop in the future, they're so lovely!

For my next project, I decided to mod and repaint my tan DDH-12. I was a bit nervous but I think she turned out nicely! Modding tan isn't any different than other skin tones, but it does need to be sanded very smooth or the surface can look ashy.

I was able to finish a couple more faceups before my nice summer weather went away.

First up is Yoko, one of my first DD girls and a true classic! I really love her big eyes, it was fun to give her a brighter and more glamorous look.

 

I also picked up another DWC 01 and gave her a really cute/innocent look!

 

You are so talented. May I ask what is DWC 01? It's not the same as DDH-01 I guess?

DWC 01 stands for Dollfie World Cup 01!  It's a limited edition sculpt put out for the Dollfie Dream Makeup Championship competition this year~

Wow you really know your colours. I appreciate how you paired a purple tint in Yoko's lashes to her yellow eyes. Did you blush the tips of her fingers too, or is that just the lighting?

Thanks! The hands are blushed, too  

It's not the best season for faceups here but I made it work because I really wanted to fix up my DDH-20! Ears got a bit of blush, too 😄

Weather was nice recently so I did another batch of faceups!
First to the finishline was MDD Maria, I tested out some feathery brown eyelashes for her. After seeing how she looked in a blond wig I went back and added freckles.

I LOVE how you painted the eyelashes! The feathery brown on top of the darker brown eyeliner is fabulous. Nice contrast and style!

I'm trying to branch out a bit with some new techniques, styles and color schemes so I'm happy folks like my less conventional faceups.

Following Maria I did a new faceup for another older sculpt, my student version Mariko. Initially I waffled on her mouth but decided to revamp it with fuller more pouty lips and I'm really happy with the result.

And last from the April batch is a custom DDH-22 in SWS. I didn't have a plan when I originally purchased this head, but after sketching out some ideas I settled on a mischievous-looking jade dragon themed girl. I'm still figuring out her final look but apparently she's a princess now 😄

Another batch of faceups incoming-
This is a custom SWS DDH-16 head painted with the theme of 'red dragon', having fun trying out something different from the usual!

This most recent one is by far my favorite! I love the bold coloring on her eyes and lips so much, and those 2D eyelashes are just so perfectly done. 🥰
