I saw this set on an (now ended) eBay listing:

Was this set sold by itself or was it the under clothing part to a larger dress set?

I would like to get it but I want to see what parameters I will have to search under.

 

I did a search under "White Rose Collection" but I could not find this set by itself or any examples other than the eBay listing.

I think thats the right outfit... Maybe the rose fell off/ got lost so they put a blue ribbon on instead??

Yes, that is possible but it doesn't have to be a blue ribbon. It is the overall design that I like so what Nekopon found will work just fine
