DD II AKB48 outfit?

I hope i got this in the right area, but I am looking for someone who can make me two versions of the red check out fit that the girls from AKB48 wore duing "River".

 

It come in two style one with royal blue long sleeves and one with white short sleeves.

 

It looks like a possible shirt/jacket or waistcoat/ skirt mix.

 

Cosplayer lenfriend has done a set of pics of the outfit.

 

Is there a kind soul here that can help and make me one of each.

You will see from the outfit that there are two versions, one with long blue sleeves and the other short sleeves. There is also a ribbon to go on to the hair as well

I know this sounds a lot and understand if this becomes impossible to recreate in a dollfie Dream size.

 

The DD II body (60cm) with a Medium Bust

 

I think the Large Bust or the DD Dynamite bust would look a bit odd.
