Nekopon Posted January 23, 2014 I ordered two years ago, haha... not sure if my opinion is valid anymore but the communications were normal and they were quick to respond and ship. Bloodflower Posted January 23, 2014 I don't think it'll be easier if you order through YJA if their communication is poor right now. I don't think they have different employees for YJA and their site. If you're looking for second-hand/retailers, then YJA is probably your best shot for SQ lab. nogo171 Posted January 23, 2014 (edited) My last order was 6 months ago, and it was from YAJ. It arrived to my proxy faster than the one I ordered directly from their site not long before. Though I think at that time they didn't have a communication problem as now. If I were in your shoes now, YAJ will be a much better choice (if you can find the one you want). All the head are listed on their are the one actually finished and will be shipped asap. YAJ is backing you on handling time too. Ordering through website, you have no idea of the stock level. Regarding communication problem, I think just that the order is not ready to ship and they don't bother on explaining or replying. They are still very active on YAJ, re-listing everything now and then.
