Introducing Kuzma! -Soom Dia boy mod-

Kuzma is a Soom Dia boy, modded and painted by the talented Krowbar/Dr Krow. They did an amazing job, not only modding his ears, but fixing previous mods I was not told about when I bought the doll. I don't have his proper green eyes, so he got stuck with acrylics...which I personally am not really a fan of within resin dolls...><;; Oh well!

 

I've dreamed of doing someone up in this style, and though a billion and one Dia's look like him I can't help but end up using the mold. I love Soom Dia, especially those lips. >w< I could go into background, but it is pretty cheesy so I'll just leave it alone...^^;;

Kuzma is very interesting. I really like his eyes actually and the gas mask. For some odd reason I like them. I have no idea why (I'm just weird I guess). What is his back story? I'm curious.

He's cool. It's interesting how he seem much more aggressive and purposeful when the lips are hidden. With the rest of the face, especially lips, showing, he looks gentle. And maybe daydreaming a little.

Thank you! :D I love the gas mask and in fact his entire existence occurred because of the creation of it. I find them very visually pleasing and can add a whole new atmosphere to anything. I don't mind these eyes, but the green I got was a lot more earthy. They just came in so I'll try to take a picture later!

His story is fairly cheesy honestly as it was my first try in the sort of science fiction, sort of whatever.

Essentially he's apart of the world where due to certain bad judgement choices by the human race leave the planet's air toxic--it won't kill you instantly but you'll suffer some really nasty health problems that will over prolonged breathing, but also particularly deserted as the majority of the planet's population has moved to living on Mars/within spacecrafts/stations. Kuzma is a bounty hunter (so cliche that it hurts), but essentially he goes after people that are just trying to take advantage of those who are stuck on the planet. The gas mask (though isn't as modern as I'd like) is essentially how he can manage to do this as they usually hide outside of the safety zones, the "domes" or "bubbles," (Domes have facilities that purify the air of their toxins and are where the majority of the population lives.) because being in them would simply be too easy to catch them then. Essentially he goes after those who run big operations like drugs, or human trade as these are really bad problems--especially human trafficking. The reason he's converted to such a exact "quest" is that his father was the man who lead the people to make a stable place of living, but also is the reason that Earth was cut off from all real help from those who have left (that's a long story dealing with Eco-terrorism and such). He just wants to do good for those around him even if it means taking on an evil task. There's more too him, but I'll stop there. XD

Thank you! I'd have to completely agree. The intensity factor shoots up with the mask and I love it. And you got his character down pretty much too. He's actually fairly gentle, if a little rough around the edges.
