Looking for school uniform set

Hi everyone, I start to look for a few uniform sets with loose tie after losing out on Rin Shibuya alt outfit. I'm particular looking for those having grey/blue/black cardigan instead of those blazer uniform sets available on Volks. I don't really mind if they a bit pricey than normal but is there any particular reason why Rin's is going 25-30k now and this one is 40k - page2.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/b119048377 . Is it uniform fetish hype is going up now lol

I have one of the Volks cardigan uniform sets, they are cute but the style is more loose. It's sort of a slightly too big, slouchy style if that makes sense. Also, Rin's set comes with shoes. Other than that it's the popularity of the character that makes her set more expensive
