Depends on what you mean by best and what kind of casual clothes you like, actually. Best as in fast turnaround? In-stock only? Perfect tailoring? Casual can be different things too. For instance, my favorite casual clothes seamstress is Wimukt followed by Dorset.

Regardless, TTYA, TATA, and Nine9 all sell a wide variety of clothes and are very popular. Slightly more expensive would be Sadol and Vier4D, but their tailoring is amazing. For really cheap and basic, go for Dollmore-- there are group orders on doll forums every month, so you could jump in on a GO easily. I haven't purchased from Promise of the World yet, but they sell separates for great prices and their tailoring looks really nice. Note that not all of these places tailor for DD though, but more and more doll seamstresses are sewing for DD's.

best fitting as i found quite a lot of shop their fitting a bit bulky especially for jeans. i like nightfall clothing such as their sweater, dress and so on but they are always out of stock

Once you are bored of the sites listed by the others, you can try the dark world of Taobao. Lots of DD stuff on there.

Promise of the World has high quality and tailor to DD. I'm not sure how it fits tho as I bought a few msd outfits from there. Their chiffon shirts are nice.

I may try a casual look for my girls one day. For now I want to go as elaborate as I can.

Not sure if this is all just purely taste or not?
