Fond of cute and frilly things since childhood, Issy considers himself a princess and expects to be treated as such - and that means he's the boss!  He's proud of his vanity and takes great care in making sure his hair is nicely done, his clothes are matched, and his skin is plump and moisturized.  Issy has a big personality (though some will just say he's bratty), and an equally big voice; though he's not officially part of the Big Three, he's vocal enough about things that most of the others at Lily Court are hesitant to argue his decisions.  Despite coming off as demanding and fussy, Iskander is very protective over the people he lives with and would start a fight for any of them if he had to (especially Lariat, who is his sweet baby that must be protected at all costs).  He's intensely proud of Cedar, and they have been dating for a long time.  Issy prefers to present femininely because he loves how he looks that way and does not mind being referred to as such, but he identifies as male at his core ultimately.

Sweet styles, a feminine touch, and neopolitan colors are his go-to!  Hair must be done to match the outfit, and there's no shortage of clips and bows and jewelry in his wardrobe to compliment his outfits.  Issy loves shoes and has twice as many as most of the other residents combined, insisting they're one of the most important parts of an outfit.  Despite presenting femme, he generally does not wear dresses or skirts unless something is cute enough to sway him. He'll do powder, mascara and some lip gloss if he's going out, but typically doesn't do much for cosmetics if he's just staying at home.

Issy is a nail artist and likes to practice new styles and techniques in his free time, and often browses blogs and social media for inspiration.  He often chases down Bishop for a nail model and ends up as a baking assistant.  Issy claims that self-care is a hobby and loves to plan elaborate baths and relaxation sessions.
