I was at an in-person doll meetup that I organized at a Dunkin Donuts conference room in Chicago when one of the attendees told me a DD Kaito had been announced. It was the best news ever so even before we saw what he looked like, I started saving up. I'm proud of having worked so hard towards the goal of getting him and achieving it. He's still a work in progress, as I plan to make slight changes to his look to be more unique as my own personal Kaito. Once he has a more distinct wig & such, he will earn his new name, Aoto.

A Kaito who wants to have his own identity in a world where many Kaitos exist. He is A Kaito, but not THE Kaito, so calling him Kaito is still also correct, but his chosen name is Aoto.
