A magical girl, Lobo Tomoe, who is Delulu Ludo's partner, and in civilian form, Ludovica's best friend. Her powers are the same two elements, just swapped in priority, so they make an odd team, but a quite powerful one nonetheless. She's viewed as mysterious and beautiful, if a bit odd, but is a massive geek if you get to know her. 

Tomoe is very shy and socially awkward, which has gotten her a reputation as a "cool beauty" among the other girls at her school. Once you get her talking, though, she won't shut up! She is a huge fan of many different things, and shows her love through cosplay, merchandise collecting, and most of all, writing fanfiction. She has a very popular account on a certain fanfic website, though out of embarrassment, she keeps it separate from her blog, which is more about being a magical girl warrior.

Let's just say anime inspired, lol. Lots of seifuku, as well as more goth type stuff. Occasionally likes more colorful, eye-catching subculture stuff, with a particular liking for menhera.
