I have a problem with my new Eiji boy I got in preowned and was going to email smartdoll/danny choo about this to see if its the owner, or a doll defect somehow(I think he was some of the more beggining models) but I honestly cannot find a email for support or anything?

 

Please help?

support@smartdoll.jp should do it! Keep a look out that your email doesn't sort the reply into spam, though.
