Eiji/Crimson Owners - Help Needed!!

Hi guys, I'm getting my Eiji soon (once Danny releases the optional hand pack for guys), but I'm getting a special cosplay commissioned by someone beforehand since it takes time. I needed to fill out a measurement chart and I was able to fill out most of it with Danny's Smart Doll Guy measurements, but there's a few that I couldn't find.

 

If it's not too much trouble, can someone with a tape measurer provide me with the measurements I'm missing? On the commission measurement chart, I'm missing numbers 6, 7, and 14:

6. Measuring along the torso from the highest part of the shoulder, 8 cm (laying the tape along the contour of the vinyl)
