change body contours?

I was wondering if it was possible to change the curves/contours of either the DD torso or waist/hips using something like epoxy putty or epoxy sculpt. I've seen people do this with DD heads, but I figure that the head of the doll is subjected a lot less to any sort of squash and stretch than the body is, so the putty is more likely to stick and not crack.

 

Any sort of input would be greatly appreciated!
