40cm vs 45cm Obitsu Boy Body

Is there really much of a difference between the 40cm and the 45cm Obitsu Boy body other than the height? They can both wear girl MSD clothing right? I think as long as their under 45cm they can but correct me if i'm wrong, i dont know to much about the Obitsu bodies

I'm pretty sure it's just the height that's the difference. I have a 45cm boy, and my friend has a 40cm girl, and even they aren't too different aside from height (and the obvious boobs vs no boobs). Her 40cm girl can wear MSD pants just fine, although they are a little long so they tend to scrunch along the legs. I would think that for girl clothes there should be no problem between the 45 and 40. I would suggest staying away from Slim MSD clothes though, most of those will be too small for Obitsu.

Volks MSD, azone 50cm and dollmore clothes fit the 40/45 body.
