Alternative Bodies for Dollfie Dream Heads?

Hello, I was wondering if there would be any alternatives for Dollfie Dreams Heads. 
Especially MDD Size or other Sizes

You can place a DD head onto a Smart Doll body without much of an issue. You will likely need to wrap the neck peg in shrink tubing or masking tape so the size of the DD head's neck hole will match.

Also, how to attach a DD head onto Obitsu 50/60, Azone 48/50/AZO2, Parabox 40/45/47/55, etc. bodies:

 

Obitsu 40cm and 45cm are good.
