Obitsu 40 Mod?

Recommended Posts

Has anyone ever attempted to sand down the knee joints on the 40s? I want the doll, but every time I look at owner pics I can't make the purchase because of the knee joints. Please post pictures, links or let me know if you think it's possible!!!

...what do you mean, "sand down"?

Like, to make the shiny plastic more matte? That's super-easy.

Or do mean "sand down" as in make the knee caps smaller? That's... Hmm. I'm not sure that'd work. They're an integral part of how the joint works.

(The easiest solution is to simply invest in a lot of really cute stockings, thigh-highs, etc.)

Here's my girl (45, not 40) with just some thin white stockings.

She is super cute! I suppose what I might is remove a part of the side around the knee joint. I have an obitsu 48 and I feel as thought its not as noticeable. I think I will get a 40 anyway!
