Imomodoll 1/12 / Ob11 sewing pattern compatibility?

Hi there

I have been working on a 1/12 Imomodoll as my latest project, and I've hit a bit of a roadblock.

I struggle with drafting my own sewing patterns, but I'm afraid to buy any pattern books without knowing ahead of time if the sculpts would be similar enough. 

Can any of you confirm or deny that ob11 patterns work on similarly scaled dolls? Or do I need to jump in and report my own findings?

The 1/12 scale Imomo is a lot more chunky and especially bottom heavy compared to OB11 or most similar dolls, so in particular when it comes to pants you will be out of luck with these patterns, sadly.
