The Joy of a Job Well Sewn

I recently finished another outfit for my 1/6 Imomo, and I just feel so proud of myself. It's not perfect, but I thought I'd show you all the results. 

The fabric used is some leftover gingham quilting cotton from a separate project paired with some purple bias tape for the overall straps.

additionally, i love the eyebrows :-] i love seeing dolls with thicker brows, very cute !

This is actually the third outfit I've made her. I suppose I should do a proper fashion photoshoot one of these days ^_^

that's so fun :-] ive been wanting to get an imomodoll one of these days + it seems they can be hard to shop for, so id love to make outfits for them ^_^

you should totally post your other projects too, I love seeing people make their own clothes/accessories for their dolls :]

What a cute outfit! Huge congratulations on another completed project! 👏 I tried learning to sew to make things for my dolls as well but my progress is very slow. I'm just not very good at handicrafts. Hopefully one day I can also finish an outfit! 😄

It just takes time and practice really. I've been sewing doll clothes for a few years now, but I'm very glad that my bjds are large enough to finally be able to machine sew things rather than having to handsew everything like I would for barbies and monster high
