It’s just so handsome ;_; I ended up going with the first “neutral” option for the faceup, as that was the one that I saw first and made me have to have him. I used Sophiebabybear on instagram! I had a wonderful experience and would totally recommend her services. Really had no issues with my order and everything went well so not much else to say here! No padding inside the box strangely, but luckily it was not crushed or damaged in any way! I didn’t receive the Dollfie tote bag I’ve seen other people unbox with their dream choice. But idk if they even do it anymore, and honestly I don’t think I would use it anyway LOL Oh my god. The boy!! This head is beyond beautiful. His hands look a lot bigger than they actually are in this photo lol, but I do really love the bigger sized hands! From the second I saw him, I thought “he looks like a Kai”. In my opinion, it’s kind of an overdone name for male characters but man… he was just a Kai to me. So it kind of stuck! seth Posted Wednesday at 02:58 PM I really really adored the look of the WK-24 wig in photos so that’s what I chose for Kai! In black, of course. For more edge. Good lord was this thing hard to style. I know I wanted a shaggy grunge rock haircut but it’s just a bit too much in his face - I wanna see his pretty eyes!!! Some water will be my friend though when I have another day off. His expression also looks different depending on the angle! From other photos I thought this faceup was just grumpy looking (something I felt suited him, lol) but from some angles he looks content or even has a tiny smile! It’s too cute. Here’s how I’ve dressed him for now! All Volks stuff I’ve gotten over time. If anybody has any clothes I could get for him that are kinda grunge/metal inspired, feel free to throw them at me! Dollfie boys are just so precious, it's a shame they're such a pain to obtain! Kai is SO precious. From your photos, he totally gives a tsundere vibe, hehe. He's definitely a Kai. Who cares if it's "overused", as long as it suits him, it's perfect for him. I totally get what you mean about him sometimes looking like he's smiling! Tsubasa, a DCH-09 with the M03 faceup, can go from looking shy, to sweet, to happy depending on the angle you see him from. Plus, as I'm sure you may have experienced with your other Dollfies, they really seem to grow more expressive with time. It's almost as if they grow more comfortable in their new home, hehe.
