If your MDD's arms are loose in the elbows or wrists, unfortunately there's no easy screw adjustment. One way to tighten those is the "super glue method" where you disassemble the joint, apply a thin film of super glue on the flat part, let it dry, then sand it down to the desired thickness (= joint tightness) before reassembling.
