Hi, I'm Freya I've been a fan of dolls & doll photography for a little while after a friend introduced me to it, and I got my first dolls in August this year. I wanted to join the forum because most of the doll accounts I know on social media are Japanese language ones, and while I can just about manage very basic Japanese, it's been a little harder finding English language doll fans to chat with outside of a handful of friends.

I have two dolls, a Volks MDD (Hana) and a cheaper UF 1/5 scale doll (Beki) I got to keep her company. They're both secondhand so poor Hana has some slight staining issues I've been gently trying to get rid of... to avoid clogging up my intro post with photos I will link to my bluesky side account dedicated to doll posting and Japanese practice found here, but I'm sure I'll be posting some photos on here soon when my new-doll-clothes holiday presents to myself arrive
