Parabox 40 body customization ?

Hello everybody.

I bought a parabox 40 cm girl body a few days ago. I have a dollfie DD-22 head already at home (so cute), its former owner showed me how to put it on the parabox body so no worries.

It is possible to change some body parts ? I would like to buy a larger bust for my doll, from a doll brand or any independant maker, and maybe thicker thights.
