Has anyone order VOLKS dolls from mandarake after cpsc take effect 
I saw mandarake says they can’t offer the documents the cpsc would be need, I was wondering if anyone has been filling out the form? Using DHL

I can’t speak for Mandarake in particular (sorry!) but I did just get two Volks dollfies from DollyTeria shipped with DHL. I had no issues at all. That said, DollyTeria did confirm over email with me that they usually declare dolls as  "used collectible dolls for adult collectors”, which I appreciated knowing and I think helped.

Best of luck if you do end up buying from mandarake and please update on how it goes!

I honestly would stick with ordering direct or from a 2nd hand shop like Dollyteria that ships directly to you. No problems on my end using Volks Japan or Dollyteria. Proxy services and the like have been a nightmare for people on Reddit for most anything since July 8th.

thank you so much for your reply, and it was a huge help. I did email the mandarake store and they say they been also putting “Figure Doll (Collectible, Not for -15)" on their paper. And they state there has been no issue with this. But because how expensive it is I’m bit hesitant, since they say they can’t cover the money if it got confiscated but two days ago I make an purchase with Kikigoods for an mjd(from china), so I will probably more confident ordering volks doll after I receive this item.

Thank you so much for your reply, and now I feel less stressed about purchasing the doll, and yes I been seening a lot of issue with proxy services so that why I’m kind of worried about second hand stuff purchasing, since I don’t think cpsc have clear rules on second hand stuff, and the Volks doll I want to order is from 2013, so there wasn’t a lot of Info is available on the website especially for the “item number”.
