MDD III Posability/Limb Expectations?

I am very lucky that my first MDD was a Mochi-Ashi on the f3 2.0 platform; she has quite good flexibility and can take most poses well, so long as I'm cautious of the hips and arms' desire to dislocate. However, this also means I have no idea what is "normal" for the older MDD III platform my Illya is on. Since she feels quite delicate overall I'm a little hesitant to dismantle her until I know if she's actually in need of tightening/adjustment. She is very stiff through the torso and neck; it feels more like she has a unibody than the two-part torso and abdomen that is actually there. Her arms feel quite loose by comparison, and her feet move rather oddly compared to my f3 2.0 - as though they're too tight and too loose at the same time.

I guess I'm mostly hoping for some guidance on what range of motion is "normal" for this platform? I don't want to push her too far and risk breaking her, but I do also enjoy actually playing with my dolls so I want to make sure she has as much motion as I can ask of her.
