Juu-Yuki Faceup Corner 10: Mashiro

Hello, it's me again >v<""/

Here is another commission.

 

Owner wanted a sweet look, blushed cheeks with little lines and glossed lips. Thank you for trusting me with the rest and being so patient while I worked through my school stuff >~<

 

Repaint included:

- Head cleaning and faceup removal

- Custom design and painting

- 10+ coats of sealant

- Pinky Orange Blushing

- Blush Lines

- Glossed lips

She looks a lot like Reimu, except without the small kitty mouth and chubby cheeks ^v^

 

 

 

My lighting is blowing out all her blush and blush lines >~<""""" I wish you could see them a bit better because I love the way they came out.

They are aren't they? I was never to fond of them... but now that I saw how Momo's turned out I might just put them on my girls. Having them thin and light makes them look so pretty. Ahh decisions decisions. >v<

I have some eyelashes since month in my box, but my first try with first glue failt xD ...

I can tell she is a Mashiro too. It was funny because when I took off her original faceup she looked a lot like Reimu. I went to compare the two and they are pretty much the same, except Reimu is chubbier and has a smaller mouth. She might make a good, "younger" version of Mashiro XD

Regular (watered down) PVA is what I use. It's safe on vinyl.

That is true, it's a bit scary to have the original face gone forever, but it can always be repainted (the quality won't be the same though ). I think the trade off is worth it in order to get a completely unique girl, different from any other.
