As far as I can tell, this is an Azone custom Obitsu hybrid body, of which they showed a small bust and large bust option at Wonfes in January. Shiggy is the large bust obviously. 50cm DDdy style body! If only it was separately available.... Azone did some of their custom anime dolls on the 48cm/50cm body before Parabox/Obitsu made those bodies available for sale, but it depends on who made those lovely survey skin parts.
