Hello from Germany

Recommended Posts

Feylla

Hi,

I collect BJDs for three years now and so from time to time I saw pictures of DDs and become very interested. For the moment I only looking pictures of them and don't plan to buy one in the near future.

But I know me.^^ Some day I will do.

They are just to cute to resist.

Something about me. My real name is Johanna, I'm 21 years old and from Germany.

If you have further question, feel free to ask.

Since the last time I was here, more and more Germans are coming together (there should be a DD meet somewhere some time).

Welcome to the board!

At home: Victoria {DD Beatrice}, DD 2B, DD 9S

Waiting for: TinyFox Murphy

Hmmm, I don't think so. There are many meets in the resin section.

The only problem is, that there are so few DD owners, plus they are spread all over the country.

Gotta agree with Kouril's last statement. I guess the only way for DD owners to get together is on conventions, but not everyone's willing to go to those, or take their dolls to one. If I knew someone with DDs would live in my city/near to it, I'd not hesitate to meet up with them. I know there's at least one regular BJD meeting group here, but no one owns a DD and I'm bit unsure to take my girls to one of their private meets.

(Sorry for derailing your introduction, Feylla)

Than both of you have other experiance than me.

I meet since 2-3 years the same DD owners, but know a lot more. But i've never meet them.

I think its impossible to meet only DD owner "near" my own city...

Thats what i've told... It isnt much interest in meet each others. If there would be more interest the other owner would meet each other to conventions or would find a place "for everyone". But than there are sentence like "oh no sorry to expensive" or "wrong time" or "i am not sure...nya nya nya".

I heard so much excuses, so i am tired to try new meets ... That what i meant with "not much interest" ...
