We take as many measures as we can to prevent this kind of thing from happening, but unfortunately we just cannot stop it completely. Since our lottery and the lottery in Japan have just ended there is no way that these are from either lottery and were shipped to one person. They would be from the physical event in-store at the Akihabara showroom. Many scalpers in Japan use underhanded tactics like gathering together all their friends, relatives, and even going so far as to hiring the homeless to wait in line and purchase items for them. Our staff try their best to watch for suspicious activity, but on an event day like this there are generally hundreds of people in line all waiting for the same items so there is only so much that can be done. We at VOLKS USA try our best to weed out scalpers and multiple entries. Since it is online and we can better control it, it is a little bit easier, but unfortunately the people who do this often know how to work the system and we can't catch them all. We'll bring this to the attention of our headquarters. We aren't sure if there is anything else that can realistically be done without making things difficult for our legitimate customers as well. It's about 9 something in the morning in Japan.. I want some results! XD But what the fudge about that dude with so many... sad part of this is, people will not have enough self control to let him/her just choke on all of them.
