Gijinka of a WSF boat, and is the youngest of the Olympic class and currently of the fleet. Known for having the least bland cabin of the four and being very slow even for the class. He's a relief boat so this means that he will go anywhere in the fleet to fill in for other ferries. He's a mid sized boat so he's able to fill in for every class but a KDT, which is the only class that can run on the wild and shallow waters of the Port Townsend route. Whether he does a good job for filling in for the busier routes is up in the air but it's better than not having him there. He's usually away from his siblings MV Chimacum (Bremerton-Seattle) and MV Samish (Anacortes-San Juan Islands) so he's always excited to see them. He usually works with his oldest sister, MV Tokitae (Mukilteo-Clinton), when he isn't filling as relief elsewhere.
He is referred as an auxiliary unit of the ferry and while he more or less operates like and resembles a human, he is still a machine. 

Cheerful and the others can find him annoying. He also likes making 'u' faces and sometimes at very inappropriate moments. He likes exploring the areas he's in and isn't adverse to trying human food.
Due to his young age, he's still relatively chipper, but like every ferry in the fleet that grows older, he is gradually developing existential dread.
