I had never thought I would get back into Dollfie Dreams. I had been heavily engrossed with them since I was a child, yet I thought it died down... until I started reading Fate/Stay Night, and the Saber Dollfie would pop up into my mind. I fell for Saber's character and the need for my own Saber grew exponentially!! I knew I wanted the original Hollow Ataraxia Saber, since I have a thing for items made in the 2000s and the new Grand Order Saber didn't quite do it for me. Luckily, there was a Saber available on Mandarake for 55,000 yen (wayyy better than her 95,000 yen MSRP). I was reallt thinking about if I should purchase her or not since this would be a big purchase for me. Well, if you're thinking about doing something, then do it... and in just 2 days, my Artoria had arrived! (on Halloween, no less) Unfortunately her armor had been sticky so I left it in dish soap water over night and scrubbed. This helped tremendously yet it's not completely like new, however wayyyy better than how it came. I only dressed her up in her armor for photos; her breastplate is an absolute pain to keep together and doesn't even snap in place. Her eyes are wonky yet this is the original Volks placement and I don't want to mess with that. Her wig is also styled the same as it was 17 years ago!! I'm grateful to have my Saber finally (My apologies for not having the images properly embedded. I'm not used to this format ) (Edit: Images added!)

Reported the post 💔 Hello, I'm new to Dollfies- I recently saw one locally for a good price, discounted to 250. She has clear blemishes and the seller had some ambiguity if she's broken in any places. (To me, her arm and leg looked very loose.) The doll is a Saber (Extra: Last Encore). However, this seems a bit too good to be true to me. Do you know how I can verify if the doll is legit? She still has her box and all of her pieces that I can see. I don't really care too much if she's a little broken u_u but I also don't want to be scammed. Thank you everyone.

One of my to do list when doing doll photography, take a large group of dolls in a scene with the same theme. I'm really happy with the lighting and postures! 🥰
