Kiwi717 Posted Monday at 08:18 PM The last time I had an issue with a volks item they had me send it back but it was US so I'm not sure with this one. It's the ribbon that holds the snowflake to the bow that came undone. But here she is together! Some things to note, the gloves ARE NOT lined so I had an extra pair of hands specifically for them. Also the wig cap is black!! Luckily I had a spare white head cover.
