Smart Doll hybrids, but using their heads?

I've seen quite a few hybrids of Smart Dolls using their bodies, but I've been wanting to use a younger looking body. With the rumor of Danny finally selling heads by themselves as he does with the bodies, I was thinking of maybe using a smd head on a dds, or maybe even a mdd. Has anyone done this before, and how good does it look? Do the neck pegs cause an issue there? Sorry if this has been answered before.
