Pics of your DD boys pretty please

Hello! I’m looking to get a boy custom head for my DDB body soon but I would love to see pictures of your boy dollfies, no matter what bodies they’re on!

All are welcome but would particularly love to see customs!

I got you covered, I have two boys, Fuuta (red hair) a DDH-009 and Haruka (blue hair) a DDH-003.

I also have a couple MDD boys, but I assume you are more interested in sculpts that are used for big boys.

they’re sooooo cute! and they look so stylish too! do you find it hard finding clothes? for my future boy, i’m gonna style him a little femme so hopefully it won’t be that hard to just use SD girl clothes, but yours have some masc fits in some of the pics so I was wondering!

and boys of all sizes would be good to see! I just feel like I rarely see any (especially of boy customs). thank you for sharing!!

wow, what a collection!! and they’re all dressed so cutely! also, I have a question: what is the mdd angel body? (I’m a noob so I don’t know anything yet).

These are my DD boys, although none of them are on the DDB body. Most of my dolls wear looser clothing so the body doesn't matter as much, although I do try to find a flat chested bust for them. I do have a buffer DDB torso that someone made but it doesn't work for the older frames which all of my DD sized dolls are on.

The one on the right is a DDH-07 (I think) on a DD body with an SS bust and it works well enough for a boy character since his clothes are fairly loose. The one on the left is a DDH-04 on a normal MDD body and the one in the back is a DDH-01 on an Obitsu 40 boy body.

a trio of cuties!! yeah it seems the DD small bust works really well for boys that wear looser clothing! I intend for my boy to wear pretty form-fitting clothing (if I can manage it) so I def had to go for the DDB body. 

I love the red-haired one’s wig, so pretty! thank you for sharing!

I think officially it's called the "one-piece asexual body", it's a version of the MDD body that is gender neutral and doesn't have a chest joint. It's only available through Dream Choice though, unfortunately. 😞 It makes for a really cute boy body, but it would definitely work for a flat-chested girl too.

oh yeah then that’s the one I have for my girl! I did a dream choice through proxy! I wasn’t sure of what gender head i’d end up falling for and I don’t mind her being flat-chested so that’s where we are

DDBs are not the easiest to dress, but I also think it is not that hard as some people make it out to be. I think esp if you want to dress your boy very femme it will be easy.

My wardrobe for the boys is a mix of clothes from Taobao sellers, a little bit from booth and also directly from Volks. For example the white bunny boy outfits, I have one of these and the other one is up there in the thread.

And alright, here are the MDD-sized boys.

First, DDH-06 Haruka on a v2 MDD body with Kakuso torso:

DDH-01 Fuuta on v1 MDD body with male torso from unknown maker:

And DDH-29 Fuuta with DDH-01 Haruka on chubby DF-H resin bodies:

This is turning into a bit of a forever outfit for the little guy.

I've got a few boys! 3 are on the actual DDB/DDSB bodies and one is the DD with an SS bust. Which I think still works perefectly well especially if you'd like a boy with more hips.

Here's Nines and Alphie in some different clothes (DDB/DDSB bodies)

This is Star who's also on the DDB

And then here's Soundwave who has the SS bust

Here he is with Nines and Alphie so you can see how well the SS bust works compared to the boy body

(As an aside, be prepared for misgendering no matter what tho lol. Unless you dress them super masc, their faces are so pretty that people often assume. Even Star gets misgendered and he's arguably the most masc one I have, but idk maybe my version of masc is skewed? Lol)

yeah I think it won’t be as difficult for me to dress my guy as it would be if I was going for super masc things, although I know the clothes are out there cause I see them on other people’s dolls.

so cute!! how do you manage with staining? I swear an outfit with some black in it merely brushed against my girl and left some light stains that dream rescue did not get rid of 😭

Yes, I def expect that my boy, whatever he’ll look like will end up misgendered cause I like kinda feminine face-ups. I’ll try not to take it personally lol

I’m sure @Xiongmao can fill you in on the details as this is his method of choice, but heating up the vinyl with Dream Rescue on makes the stains go away faster.

If the stains still won’t come out, they might be surface stains. Try rubbing alcohol and/or washing with soap and water.
