What's the most recent thing you made for your daughter(s)? Did you use a tutorial? Was it fun? Post a pic! I like to see WIPs too!

Still working on the first wedding dress for my girl,, second wedding dress will be coming soon,, no, i din't use tutorial,, asked my mom a lot.. Lol been bugging her ever since i started the project,, lol sorry no pictures atm,, want to show it when it's ready.. ^^,

Ohh wedding dresses I can't wait to see that ^O^ !!

 

Currently sewing a bear outfit for my girl, since I had some random brown fabric laying around~

It's a WIP, and I will post some pics when finished ^^ (and when I find some shoes =u=), but here is a rough sketch of how it's gonna look [done with yucky colored pencil 'A']:

I am working on a new dollhouse. No tutorial needed. ( I make the tutorials ) I am also working on a new outfit for one of my girls. It was getting hard to work with out a sewing table so I made room. That is why I had to make a new dollhouse. Oh and I am also makeing a new work table, storage, wall unit, things to go in the new dollhouse. A noraml weekend. Will take pictures when all cleaned up.

I look forward to the clothing, i however am just a beginner. I am trying my hand at a simple shirt and box pleat skirt for my DDdy >.<

I've been making Christmas outfits for my girls since its their first holiday season. At first I was just going to make two but in the search for more materials I'm up to about 3 1/2 costumes for my 3 girls. I started off with buying wine bottle covers that look like Santa outfits. They make great one-piece dresses with a few modifications. The best two I found in a dollar store in Halifax and haven't been able to find any the same quality here in Ottawa.

 

Anyway, I also have a few shoulder mantles, a hat that was intended for a cat but is perfect size for a dollfie, and the item I've been working on the last couple days is a pet outfit with a hood that I've turned into a cloak with a hood. It's required the most sewing because I cut off the arms and transferred the white trim on the sleeves to the front edges of the cloak The best part of these outfits is that I got everything at dollar stores so each piece was only $1-$2 each.

 

I'm doing a photo shoot with other dollfie owners tomorrow so there should be lots of pictures!

Next project should be a fleece Hello Kitty coat, hat, and mittens for Rainie.

 

I have done many more pieces of clothes for our DD but I didn't know if you wanted to drown in picture spam. I'll gladly add more pics if you want, but almost all are from my own patterns.

Hats, hats and more hats. Felt ones. And dollfie sized fascinators. I'm aiming to get all my girls with some sort of hat or hair piece. Then maybe dollfie plushies with my left over felt. Since Lucy came home she's been making hats and stuff. Will post pics of them when I have time. So far, I have 4 girls with hats and some fascinators/clips. Currently working on a blue felt hat.

Finally finished the WIP in the drawing I posted earlier ^__^

didn't come out as nicely finished as I thought, and I will have to try again with some pink fabric, but overall I think Mayu is satisfied for now x3

Here are a few photos of the Chistmas outfits I came up with. I'm thinking of doing a more detailed post later because some of the work I did would not be hard for anyone to do.

The hat was loaned to me by another dollfie owner. I would have liked to sew a skirt for this outfit but I didn't have time and I've only made one skirt so far so I'm not sure what to do to get what I want yet.

Right now I'm working on a Love plus uniform for my girl~ I hope I succeed. (・。・;)

I bought fabric a while ago for some mori outfits...but I'm pretty lazy when it comes to sewing for my dolls Hopefully when I finish my own projects, I'll get to some dolly things.

 

Also, katnaper, I LOVE that red hat! I'm trying to learn about felt and hats and what not to make one for a costume!

Those are such awesome photos, Tieren! The environment is so festive and there are so many details. Your girls are adorable.

Some late Victorian clothing for the girls (1890-1910). I had to redraft the jacket pattern for my DDsister three times to make it fit, since I really want that tailor fitted look. Hard to believe that my DD girls are "chubby" compared to the ideal of the time (my obitsu on the other hand is almost perfect with her waist)

 

It just bugs me that I don't have enough shoes for all the girl's. But I could cheat and make the ladies go shoe less under their large skirt's and let the younger misses have shoe's on them (since their skirt is shorter)

Working on a TARDIS print casual dress. Then I'm back to Wa-Loli again!

I've actually been making jewelry. I meant to be sewing but I can't find my sewing machine power cord...
