[Fate/stay night] Emiya Shirou - Male DD/Obitsu hybrid

Here we go!

My fiance wants get into the hobby and for his first Dollfie wants a male DD :E

He asked me to make for him Emiya Shirou. So my battle begins.

 

1. Head: DDH-07

2. Body: Obitsu 65cm

- Home

 

3. Eyes: Custom DIY eyes

-Version 1 ready, will work on them more though

4. Wig:

-home

 

5. Cloths:

-Need to find the right ones, I'll might need to commission for the shirt. Thank God Shirou had easy outfit XD

My 65cm obitsu boy arrived today and I already modded it's neck. I knew that the arm joints of this body are really fragile but I never thought i will have a broken arm within the first hour he arrived! It took me all day to fix it T_T but it also gave me the chance to work on the neck mod.

Shirou's body is ready! Now I need to find a 07 blank for his head and I will start looking for the wig and the outfit

Looking good. Can you give us a close up of the neck mod? I haven't modded mine so he still has the giraffe neck. As for repairs, the 65 is quite frail it seems since mine had a broken foot when he came and that was a chore to repair since I had to borrow a DD internal skeleton for the foot.

Have you ever thought of doing Archer? He'd look ever so awesome. Also, just wondering how Obitsus would take to the Rit dye method.

I am still working on the neck cause even though I worked the technical part now I need to work on the aesthetic part. The biggest problem is the skin of the neck the skeleton is very easy to cut and adjust.

IMO for the nexh you should put some epoxy normal skin colored on the cut and mask it but covering the whole part. Then sand it down to cancel the imperfections :3

Hey, I care too! I wanna see what he looks like when he's all done. Then again, I have a vested interest in making sure my 65cm boy isn't alone in the DD custom universe.

I've been interested in how your boy is coming along! I thought it was really great that you posted the pics of what the neck mod looks like.

 

Don't worry Katnaper, your 65cm won't be the only DD boy. I'm still planning on making Kiyoteru a 65cm guy! Just got to get some of my sewing stuff going so I can have DD spending money.

WOW He looks FANTASTIC. I love redheads and those eyes are so cool

I finally finished his face-up and was pleased with it but then I was sealing it air started to blow and... ruined the seal... Now I have to clean everything and start over T_T

I've used mr super clear before so I don't know what to use to remove it.

Could you please tell me what you use to clean a sealed face-up?

Please help it's terrible T_T

I found MR. COLOR THINNER on a hobby store in my country. Will that work?

Face-up finished again! This time I managed to seal the paint without problems

I also moded his eyes a little bit more before applying the face-up

Now he needs some proper clothing. He doesn't look like himself with this victorian outfit.
