FRUITSINN Posted August 23, 2023 (edited) Hello! I'm new to this but I am looking to make a doll custom for Don Quixote and Ishmael from Limbus Company. I'd like to use the same base as this doll in the picture and I'm pretty sure its an obitsu type but I'm not positive as to which one it is... links would be very much appreciated! Also, to be specific I am looking for the model names of the type of head, and body base also if I can get some help on what type of eyes, hair and clothes are being used so I can search up the kind I need. uoub Posted August 25, 2023 Helloooo! I'm a big fan of obitsu dolls like this myself. Faceplates like that are usually found on taobao by people who self produce them. I have a few faceplates from TxT_Aurora on weibo, they have a taobao shop as well. Here's a link to one of their listings ^_^ I also reccomend sommungchi! (that's a link to their twitter which contains links to their naver blog, but they also sell through luts sometimes?) They have similar GSC compatible faceplates but also in a more "manly" chin style and different eye shapes and skintones. They only sell in preorder batches though every few months. Eyes are usually 10-12 mm for those types of faceplates, depending on how big you want the iris (no links unfortunately cuz I'm on the hunt for them myself haha) the hair is actually nendoroid hair, and the faceplates i linked fit into the hair just has a normal nendo face would. lastly, the body is probably an obitsu 22 or 24 as those are most common and can be bought on parabox! If you're looking for more masculine bodies, the obitsu 27 on parabox is great too, and there's other bjd/resin options for these kinds of faceplates all over tao bao. Another option is the kamisoul MAF body if you want a big hunky guy.
