It's been a little while since I did some doll stuff since I've been so sick this month. I've been getting better. Plus, today was the arrival of a wonderful City of Masters Studio piece I got secondhand, and the weather's pretty nice despite it being late winter. The scenery isn't summertime yet, but this is a beautiful knit bikini that will keep my beloved Jessica warm no matter what the weather's like. I decided to get some fresh air for these photos. The sun already went down behind the houses, but I got some nice sunlight regardless. Plus, it wasn't too much sun that it washed anything out. I really wanted to show off the bikini, and what a bikini it is! I only put it on Jessica really fast, but it fits pretty nicely. I could probably stand to tighten up the top a bit, but it was fine today. The bottoms are incredibly attractive. The back is cheeky like I always wanted in a bikini for Jessica. I'm incredibly happy about that. I've already redressed Jessica for an upcoming doll meet, but I'm looking forward to trying this bikini on her again. Jessica was feeling a bit too hot, so she needed to cool off a little. She bared one of her beautiful breasts for the camera. -

Hello! A little while ago I made the decision I wanted to have an MJD project alongside my BJD project. I want to shell my two characters- Licot and Terry- as AP with DDH ^^. This is so I can have Licot and Terry interact with each other easily without there being too extreme of a scale difference. I was inspired by http://xhslink.com/a/rVaE5bVlQzk5 , who posts pictures of their DDH/AP hybrids. I really like the idea of customizing a DDH as well, since I have peculiar taste. Right now I just have the beginnings of Terry, as well as Licot’s head. I’m planning on buying an AP I for Licot, but the recent tariffs on CN and HK parcels worries me about buying from FaithZ. However FaithZ usually buys extra dolls for after the preorder window closes, so I am hoping to buy Pink Drops Mieri around April. Here’s some pictures of Terry so far: She’s a Pink Drops Mikuru H-type body in Whitey, with the DDH-10 head in Semi-White. I’m slowly amassing AZO2 and other clothes for her. I have her wig on the way! And some shoes… socks… Here she is wearing Azone gym clothes.Here she is wearing Azone sukumizu. She now has H2 hip, but I accidentally bought tan 😭. I need to buy her a skin cover so she can wear dark clothes. I’m thinking of buying her C legs and maybe a C lower torso as well, so she appears a little thinner. Soooooo. What I decided I'll do, since I don't have a ton of images for my dolls to warrant separate galleries for each, I figure I'll put them all in one place so both Mayumi and Joo-si don't have to be in two diff places. Plus if I happen to get another I won't have to make a new thread. At some point I may merge Mayumi's old pics into here but for now I'll start this one with some ... Juicy shots of Joo-si in Space! I'm struggling to attach a resin “boy” part (it was sold as “Tommy’s special parts” on Quarantotto, which really cracked me up) to an Angel Philia I lower torso. I tried hot glue and it really didn’t work at all. Putty only worked if I used a lot (and it looked really ugly around the edges). I even tried E600, which worked for weeks until it came loose a few days ago. (Shockingly the E600 didn’t hurt the blushing on the vinyl torso which surprised me) I’m most likely going to try E600 again, but part of my initial problem was there isn’t a great way to clamp the pieces together… Any suggestions for the best adhesive to use or even if there’s a quick acting adhesive that pairs well with E600? Obviously I’m OK with something permanent 🙂, I just could use some ideas.

I like to photograph in monochrome (i post such things here). But the little ones also look good in colorful ones, that's why I'm opening this topic. You see Nina. She is lying lazily on the couch. She got the Carmen shirt from OnlyMonicaDollphotos. The glasses are specially made and a gift from T6_6061 (his Acc on Instagram) because Nina couldn't do much with Danny's modern reading aid. Sorry Danny, but some are just old school Here is Ruby when she was young and unbridled. The wrap shirt also comes from OMDp. Ruby loves it and it's one of the clothes she doesn't share with others. Mirai loves to show off in little skirts and dresses. This dress is also from OMDp.

I grabbed this gorgeous head from Mandarake! I’ve been looking at her in store for months before finally going for it. She’s a DD and I was pleasantly surprised to find a signature and date inside from the artist! I can’t make out what it says but if anyone knows who the artist is I would love to show them once I finish her(someday lol). so immediately I’m trying to pick which body I should be on the look out for and my knowledge of vinyl dolls is so small. The problem is I want her to have thinner legs and a pretty large bust!! I see her as this sexy pretty vampire girl who won’t wear many clothes at all. tinyfox bodies look too young, I don’t like the boobies on dollfiedreams, she deserves better than imomo(ily imomo but yno), smart dolls are MASSIVE. Other than those I only know of angelphillia and I’m kind of liking the idea of that. The heads a little big but I don’t think it looks that bad. it really bothers me how APs butt is SO SMALL 😭compared to those thighs I would totally want some nice curvy hips and butt! But for her Maybe I could just put a AP bust on an Obitsu body? other than got any suggestions?!!!

I was tired of hunting for nom-anime head. So I put worbla on one old head I sculpted few years ago. The clay sculpt was done as study of Rapunzel head which didnt end up as exact copy. Her life was short. She was dust and to dust returned. I should do this long time ago but maybe I was not personally evolved enough or I just had prejudices towards technology. I need to paint head and then do face Up.

Here is my Smart Doll Journey in Milk. She is my only Smart Doll, I had trouble bonding with her because a Smart Doll's identity/character already feels so distinct when you purchase them. I usually prefer to create original characters for my dolls but I also enjoy some licensed character dolls. Since I was struggling to find an identity for Journey, I decided to restyle her to look like Super Sonico since I pine for the official Sonico dolls. I enjoy her so much more now!

Hello everyone 😸 Thought I would start a pictures thread from my house and my little lot of resource gorging inhabitants. Or my little buddies as I have always seen-called them. ^-^ Never called them a family as such, more like companions as we journey these years we have together and adventures. I might post some stories in the stories threads from time to time, but they will be more like the day to day of their lives and lighter in feel. More able to stand on their own as a light one off tale, other than the now huge decade+ long universe they travel the timeline of. Those tales will probably stay on my little corner of the internet. Always very welcome to ask me questions of it though. ^^ I will post pics of their characters for fun and their general info here as time goes on. I've seen some pretty cool mods on twitter so I thought it would be fun to have a thread for sharing cool mods we have seen or done! Hybrids are also welcome! I wasn't sure which section to put this under since its not really specific to a particular brand. Also topic is NSFW for doll nudity. Anyways I saw this really cool DDS and DDdy hybrid with shortened legs I also saw this really cool DDS mod where the torso and limbs were shortened to be the same height as a MDD. I lost the post though but it had a comparison picture of it versus the normal MDD. The proportions looked great and there wasn't any apparent gapping.
